Parental Consent — Deep Sea Tycoon

Purpose

This document describes how Caymaz TechHealth obtains consent when a user indicates they are under 13 years old.

Process

1. User selects “I am under 13” in the app.
2. Parent/guardian must enter their email address.
3. Parent completes the math verification (parent gate).
4. Parent checks boxes confirming they have read the Children’s Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy, and Terms, and consent on behalf of the child.
5. Consent record (version, timestamp, locale, role) is stored locally and synced to our servers when online.

Parent responsibilities

• Supervise the child’s use of the Game
• Use device-level parental controls for purchases
• Contact [email protected] to review or delete the child’s data

Withdrawal

Parents may withdraw consent by deleting the child account per Account Deletion.
