Virtual Items and Refunds — Crash Blaster
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. What you are buying
The game sells consumable currency (coins, gems), a one-time starter bundle, and a one-time purchase that removes full-screen and banner advertising. All of it is a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use digital content inside Crash Blaster.
Virtual items:
- Have no monetary value and no exchange rate to real currency
- Cannot be sold, traded or transferred between accounts, devices or players
- Do not survive uninstalling the game, because progress is stored locally
- May be rebalanced, renamed or retired as the game is updated
2. Rewarded video is always optional
Watching a rewarded video is a choice, never a requirement to progress. Removing ads does not remove rewarded video: that purchase removes full-screen and banner advertising only, so players who paid keep access to the same rewards as everyone else.
3. Where refunds come from
We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Every purchase is a transaction with Apple or Google:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
Statutory withdrawal rights apply where local law grants them. In the EU, the right of withdrawal for digital content may lapse once delivery has begun with your consent.
4. Unauthorised or accidental purchases
Contact the store first — they hold the payment relationship and can reverse it. If the store declines and you believe the charge was made by a minor without permission, write to [email protected] and we will assist with the store's process.
5. Loss of items
If a purchase fails to deliver its contents, contact [email protected] with the store receipt. We will restore the contents once the receipt is validated.
