We do not process your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location. The game has no account system.
3. Purposes
- Displaying and measuring advertising, and capping how often it appears
- Validating purchases and keeping the ad-free entitlement accurate
- Diagnosing technical faults and improving performance
4. Legal grounds
- Explicit consent (Art. 5/1) — personalised advertising and its transfer abroad
- Necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) — purchases and entitlements
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) — fraud prevention and technical diagnosis
5. Recipients
Google (advertising, distribution, billing), Adapty (purchase validation) and Apple (distribution, billing). Details in Subprocessors.
6. Method of collection
Automatically through the game's SDKs, in electronic form. No data is collected through forms, because the game contains none.
7. Your rights under Article 11
To learn whether your data is processed, request information and correction, request erasure, object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. Retention
Advertising data is retained by Google under its own retention schedule. Purchase records are retained for the duration of the entitlement plus the period required by tax legislation.
